I was wondering if anyone could post themselves playing this lesson at each backing track bpm...
this way people could play along with someone and get the bpms down

this would be a huge help to not only me but others who are trying to improve their speed and timing...

thanks

Not sure if tis can help u. If you have a way to record the lesson at full speed into a wav or mp3 file...windows media player 11 has a slow down feature yu can access.

I use it to get those speeds that are not listed in the backing tracks feature.

Also if you have Guitar Pro and if the instructor provides a GP file you can access the Speed trainer on the program itself. Great feature of the progam if you ask me!! smile.gif

First step to speed it strength and agility. You gotta strain yourself.
Once you get to a certain level, you shoul start mixing straining with syncronization at *highest possible speed without being unclean**. Switch between that and absolutely highest speed, cleanness doesn't matter here because it's just to build muscle.
