Well you don't need to bang them away for the whole day or night, just keep the flow as Freddie said. 15-20 should be just fine depending how you do your sessions. The results will come in time.

Thanks for the tips guys . Really apreciate it! consistency seems very logic indeed. So from now 15 minutes of exercizes before sleepy time hehe

I agree that consistency is the key. I find excercises to be boring but necessary. 10-15 minutes daily over a long period of time is the way to go
