It's been two years I've been leeching the green demo lessons and I finally have cash to subscribe ... This is probably a happier day than my first time in a concert ( with System of a Down) .... wow ... my legs feel tender haha

GODAMN it Kris if we ever get to talk ... I'll e-orgasm haha alright I'll stop being weird

Seriously I'm really bloody glad to be part of GMC, it is a dream come true and I really hope to get along with you all and hopefully will learn from all of you. I love every instructor here but muris's orange guitar is the one that helped devirginized my own Dean Razorback haha ... GOD DAMN it as Kris mentions in the intro "See you soon" ... well It wasn't soon but I'm finally here !!!

oh yeah introduction,

My real name is Abser Imam but Absurd is pretty much the on going name ... either is fine
I've been sucking for 2.9 and playing guitar for 3 years now ... wait I still suck compared to everyone here haha
I love Metal ... and you ........ I really hope we have a kick ass time ... at least until my finger starts bleeding tongue.gif
oh yeah we need a singer and a keyboardist in our band so if any of you know someone who lives near Montreal, Canada (or Southshore) help a sucker out haha ...

Anyways back to Marcus' neoclassical lesson !!!

P.S.

Use "LoL" and you WILL die ... a simple haha is still human isn't it?

Welcome to GMC smile.gif

"Think of a guitar solo as a paragraph. You need a clear beginning, a middle, and an end. Look at musical phrases like sentences, and make sure you break them up using punctuation—or space. You pause naturally when conversing, right? If you don't, you'll bore the listener. The same thing will happen with your audience if your solo is one dimensional. You'll wear them out and lose their attention." —Tom Principato

Welcome to GMC smile.gif

Even though this is a internet forum, there are surprisingly little "lolspeak" here, to be honest =)
