Have you ever run into a situation that you don't want to get in because the logical reasoning of your head tells you no, but your heart tells you yes? I know this is a very simple question that everybody is going to say yes but I mean, really strong reasoning against really strong feeling...

Pretty common problem there.
It is hard sometimes to find the right balance (if there is such a thing...)

When facing such a thing try to do whatever love tells you to do..
I like to go by the Bible's definition of love. Whether you are Christian or not, I find the definition very helpful in many situations:

"Love is patient, love is kind and is not jealous; love does not brag and is not arrogant, does not act unbecomingly; it does not seek its own, is not provoked, does not take into account a wrong suffered, does not rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth; bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. "

Oh yes, I met that situation a few times in my life. Mainly, I followed my heart. Example: this summer I decided to change school. My heart told me to do music, but my brain had another version. It said that it would be really difficult to live as a musician, so it would be better to continue with maths. I just couldn´t resist the power of music and now I feel so happy about that decision. smile.gif

Many times I have followed my heart, and as far as music goes I always followed it - otherwise I would never pursue music in the first place. I can't really tell you anything specific cause you asked a general question, so don't really know how this relates to your situation mate. All I can say is that if you feeling is strong it will go beyond reason, and if it does, than that's the right way to go.

That's the problem...I want the reason to surpass the feeling
