This way they have the time the claim was filed with the delivery time and know it was close. If the seller tries to backout and not give me my money out then ill file another claim with paypal and give him a negative remark which would be his first negative remark.. The risk is that UPS will say they never dropped it if the box has no visible damages. Any visible damages on the amp, and now I mean a spot/dent/scratch where you can clearly see it's been hit. If the amp has a dent while the box hasn't it must have been hit outside of the box. If the box and the amp have damages in the same places it was dropped while being in the box.
