Well I think that WMGGW is a great idea, but I just participated Emirs Collab, and that collab had the same progression of WMGGW, so this will be a second time for me. If everybody agrees I wont have any problem about that biggrin.gif

Cheers

Same here. biggrin.gif However, it´s a cool exercice to find something different for the same progression. wink.gif

I think we have a winner! smile.gif I arranged a backing track recently, but it´s only a part from that song. I can do a complete one.
Does anybody want to sing? biggrin.gif Or are we going to do only solos?

I can sing if you wish, but there it will be very important which key to play the song as I am a baritone biggrin.gif

Is A minor ok for you? You can change the melody if you like, no problem. smile.gif

I will take a minor part then smile.gif. Is it ok to improvise it, btw?

When Tolek has the backing finished we can divide all parts I guess smile.gif

Sure, I had nothing else than improvising in mind. wink.gif I am going to create the whole backing which I´m gonna split so that you can just simply take the part you want to play over and record it.

I really like this song, the minor parts are very emotional. I'll figure out something triumphant and happy for the major parts.

I'll take a minor part (solo) if thats OK?

--------------------
"Think of a guitar solo as a paragraph. You need a clear beginning, a middle, and an end. Look at musical phrases like sentences, and make sure you break them up using punctuation—or space. You pause naturally when conversing, right? If you don't, you'll bore the listener. The same thing will happen with your audience if your solo is one dimensional. You'll wear them out and lose their attention." —Tom Principato
