Yeah, I don't know it just started to sound weak or something. Like there's no sustain or distortion, I'm pretty sure it isn't my guitar since I've tried two different ones and I think it sounded pretty good through a Pod with headphones.

Any ideas?

Did you try with different cables? It sounds like they could be the problem.

Hm maybe I'll get back to you..

Edit:

That's weird, I ran down over to my band's practice space and couldn't find my other cable but I tried with the other one and now it works fine.

I don't know what's up there. Ya think I should get it looked at by someone? And on another note...Where is my extra cable? tongue.gif

If you've got active pups it's most likely time to change batteries!

Johnny Law doesn't borrow, he just takes back what's rightfully his. ph34r.gif

Hmmm, what amp do you have man? If you tried the guitar with POD and it works fine then it's not the guitar or cable. If you tried with other cable it works fine? I'm not sure what could be wrong, maybe the input jack is loose on the amp. Try to jiggle it a bit to see if you will get some crackling noise out of jack contacts. If you get the noise, you may need to do some resoldering of the jacks.

This is the amp. http://www.laney.co.uk/show_prod.php?prod=LV100 . I regrettably admit I didn't play much guitar today but when I did play for a few minutes it sounded fine. Maybe I was just hearing things or maybe my there is a short in something...I'm pretty lost.

Anyway, I'll update you if it gets bad again but if anyone has any other suggestions, fire away.
