I'm on it!
Your take is loaded into Soundforge, sliced up the licks I want, slowed them down and am enriching my vocabulary.
Thanks man!

Thats the way to do it man !

I will do a lesson really soon on that solo so you will even see positions where I play everything.
Its all over the neck by the way smile.gif

Wow, this is gonna be hard after David, Pedja and Smells and their outstanding takes, but here is my take. I still got that odd clicking soundcard problem, but when put in mix, I doubt it will be a problem for you Pedja, clickings are still there though...

Well as I told before, Fusion is a very new style for me, so I am sure you got plenty of comments about my take, but please keep in mind this is my first! I tried to do my best biggrin.gif

So here it is,

Pedja, that is really nice solo you played, I noticed you are using some advanced scales(did I hear diminished scale?)!

Really nice take, Pedja! I´m sure Pedja will post a positive comment in it. smile.gif
Smells´ take is very agressive and fits to the backing very well, too.
Enforcer, this reminds me a bit of Muris. So, it sounds awesome!

I´m currently working on my take. The backing is so well done!

laugh.gif laugh.gif laugh.gif

I won't comment my take, I will leave that for all of you guys to say what you like or don't like about it.

I can however comment in terms of approach I used, what scale and arpeggio I applied, what was my phrasing there about etc. That can help in your future solos smile.gif

Thanks Tolek smile.gif

Smells, that was great! You're great in that style, I really liked what you recorded!

Enforcer, I thought you did really good for someone new to fusion! Very well thought solo.

Deleted, you've been playing for only 7 months?!? Wow!!! I wish I could have done that after 7 months of guitar! Great job!

For 7 months of playing this is great man !

Chord progression is not in one key which makes it very hard for improvising , even for people who play for years.

I will comment on your take when final mix is done.

Thank you very much !

And yeah, deadline is 28th of January , so you can submit more takes in the meanwhile if you want, and let me know the one you like the most wink.gif

Here is my take, enjoyed playing over the backing a lot Pedja!

Was a tough one though, and a completely new musical style for me.
Just let me know if I lost track completely on this one smile.gif. If that's the case, I will try to upload a new one wink.gif
