Just wondered what the most popular brand of strings is on GMC. I use Ernie Balls. What strings do you play with? smile.gif

Always played with standard 0.10 d'addario's on my Ibanez, and since I have my Fender, I play with pure nickel blues DR strings 0.10.

Daddario 10-46, nice and bright, and never breaks. I buy them in 3in1 packs and change often.

Ernie Ball super slinky 9-42. Sound great and I am a tight wad with my money so 3.99 a pack is cool.

"Think of a guitar solo as a paragraph. You need a clear beginning, a middle, and an end. Look at musical phrases like sentences, and make sure you break them up using punctuation—or space. You pause naturally when conversing, right? If you don't, you'll bore the listener. The same thing will happen with your audience if your solo is one dimensional. You'll wear them out and lose their attention." —Tom Principato

I usually get Blue Steel's whenever i can find them.
But my favourite strings of all time was a pack of Snarling Dog's 09's i had years ago.
Problem is that local stores dont carry them anymore sad.gif ..i could always order them from outside the country, but i'll rather save that extra money and go for the next best thing smile.gif

D'addario 0.11, it is cheap, sounds better imo, but corrodes pretty fast, thats why I wipe over and under of them quite often with a microfiber cloth, and always store my guitar on its hard case when I am not playing it. This way, string stays without corrosion two times longer then normal...
