Ozzy who?

Thats right, I said it.

Tony Martin is awesome.

He's no Dio. But this was a terribly underrated chapter in BLack Sabbath history in this metalheads opinion.

There are 4 albums with Tony Mrtin on vocals.

Headless Cross
Tyr
Cross Purposes
Forbidden (this was Tony Martin right? I dont have this one yet....)

I think he sang on Tony Iommi's Seventh Star album too, but I'm not 100% sure...

Tony Martin is one of the best rock singers of all times in my oppinion. I have all his solo stuff as well as Black Sabbath records. BS album "TYR" is where he sounds the best to me.

I agree, this aera of Sabbath is completely underrated, I love all the albums that they did with Toni Martin, his voice is awesome. I also saw them live in that lineup a couple of times and he just ruled. Unlike Ozzy he can sing any somg the band ever recorded, and as somebody mentioned, he is not Dio, but he is pretty close wink.gif

Yeah the TYR album is great, for example the massive riff in Anno Mundi works like magic:)
