Hey guys.

Don't know how much anyone read these topics but I do feel obliged to write one none the less. So, anyhoo, I am from Sweden, more precisely down south - Malmö. Which means I speak funny and can't pronounce 'r' correctly (according to my honored countrymen at least wink.gif ) and I am 18 years old, if that is interesting to anyone.

How long have I been playin' then? Well, that's hard to say really. I've had my guitar for quite a few years but it's always been like this; I play seriously for a month or month and a half and then something comes up and I loose motivation and this leads to me never really getting anywhere. THis is about to change because now I really wanna get serious. I'm self-taught and so far my progress has been slow but I'm getting there on more will than talent. I hope this will improve here at GMC.

My influences vary alot.. From Tony Iommi and the sound of black sabbath and Slash's solos up to some nu-metal such as slipknot and stuff. Mostly I prefer old school metal though.

Rock on laugh.gif

EDIT: just felt like adding, for those of you who are swedes and wonder about my name.. think metal-ica unsure.gif

Hey there,

and welcome. (Eventhough I've only been here for two days now...)
Funny with your choice of nick, by the way, ha ha.
