I envy you on those trips...I would love to travel more often...I guess its not that strange that Tokyo is so expensive , its kinda famous for that..Bring the acoustic guitar and don't forget to make lots of pictures

It's the quickest way to make friends on a beach too Unfortunately I didn't have much time in China, and most of it was spent in Beijing, which I wasn't a huge fan of. We did go a couple years prior to the olympics, so a lot of demolishment and building work going on which didn't help I guess. I did manage to stay in a beautiful place I forget the name off! Fantasic scenery and river, with the hump shaped hills? I ish I could remember the name...
