Hi guys smile.gif
Started working on a track earlier today, and i think it's turning out quite ok!
It's 2.23 minutes so far, and it's got a way more relaxed arrangement than my usual songs.
I'm stuck at how to continue the song.. so any input and ideas are more than welcome smile.gif

There will be some synth/strings added to some sections to fill it out more.
The solo-guitar in the first verse is supposed to be the vocal-line.

..and I've decided to call it "A Quiet Moment" for now, not really sure why, but it sounded cool smile.gif

I really like this tune Trond. smile.gif I think right where your ending now would be an awesome spot for a pre-chorus with only vocals leading back into the chorus followed by one of your magnificent solo's!. This really gives me a "3 Doors Down" vibe.

Check out one of there newer songs called "Citizen Solider", might give you some more ideas. smile.gif

Thanks guys! biggrin.gif

Skennington: I've never actually heard 3 doors down before, i assumed it was some nu-metal type thing.. but that song was aqtually quite good!

The track is just over 6 minutes now, and the arrangement is done. Now i just have to fill inn solo's, synths and some melodies.
I'll put up the finished as soon as it's done if anyone wants to hear smile.gif

Nice. what did you use to record it?

I used Cubase, Toontrack Superior 2.0, Spectrasonics Trilogy and my amp connected straigh to the soundcard.
