Is Gibson trying to bancrupt themselves? That has to be one of the worst idea a guitarcompany has come up with. It even tops the reverse Flying-V!

Yeah, they run out of ideas... If you want a lightweight Explorer that sounds like a strat, why would you even bother to play an Explorer anyways?

They did the same thing with a Flying V last year...
