well, here we call it "asado"
it´s similar than american barbacue, but it´s completely different...
so, I don´t know how explain it. LOL!

To keep the kind of "national food" we've got going on here though, I gotta say I love the norwegian course "Får i kål" as well, which basicly translates to "Sheep in cabbage" tongue.gif
