That was a great take Monte! smile.gif I liked it without the AP actually. You put your own unique style of playing and sound there. Everything sounds and connects together really smooth.

"Think of a guitar solo as a paragraph. You need a clear beginning, a middle, and an end. Look at musical phrases like sentences, and make sure you break them up using punctuation—or space. You pause naturally when conversing, right? If you don't, you'll bore the listener. The same thing will happen with your audience if your solo is one dimensional. You'll wear them out and lose their attention." —Tom Principato

Heh, legato ain't cheating. It's all good, although on my first listen my broken ear phones only work on the left side so I couldn't hear anything except the backing track.
For the next take I'd boost your guitar sound a bit and centre it or stereo split it so that it soars over the backing track.

Thanks for the tip Artemus. I will definitely keep that in mind for my next take. I really need to work on my recording skils. tongue.gif
