I spend my last money for two sets of Handmade Bareknuckle pickups, they arrived this morning so I went down to the basement to solder them into my guitars and guess what...

MY SOLDERING IRON IS BROKEN!!! IT GETS WARM; BUT NOT HOT ENOUGH FOR SOLDERING!!!

Well now I can't get the pickups I waited for so long into my guitar myself. Nevermind I just drive to my guitartech and let him do it, he knows me very well and will put them in for free! I just have to get the keys for the Car...

MY FATHER TOOK OUR CAR FOR A WEEKEND TRIP AND HE WON'T BE HERE TILL MONDAY!!!

Man that sucks, guess I'll ask my grandparents across the street if I can borrow their car...

TURNS OUT THEY JUST SOLD THEIR CAR AND THE NEW ONE HASN'T ARRIVED YET!!!

Bummer! Guess I'll ask my best friend if he can take me there...

IT'S HIS GIRLFRIEND'S BIRTHDAY SO HE CAN'T MAKE IT!!!

Dammit I want to play those new pickups so bad! I don't care anymore I will ride to the Store by bus and train with a gigbag on my back and a hardshell case in my hand (imagine the people staring at me in the bus^^)
I arrive at the Luthier after a long drive and see a sign at his door:

''closed today, I am at the Musikmesse, will open again on monday''

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARGHHHHHHH

That's bad luck man, but soldering irons are fairly cheap - should be less than the amount you spend paying the luthier. Soldering stations with readouts and temp control are dearer but not necessary for just soldering a few pots and wires.
