Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

You didn't pick all the slides and bendings as in the lesson or you changed some of those. You even completely changed the position for that long arpeggio. I played it there because it has a totaly different color then if you move below 12th fret. Ok, it is allowed to be a little improvised but you almost overdid it smile.gif The other thing is when I first switch the pickup to the bridge position, you didn't really execute that part as written. Also some slided notes were missing here and there. Your vibrato wasn't present on all places written in the tab or GP. You missed the vibrato on a couple of long notes. Overall this is a great take but I rated it as if you composed this solo (this way you got a higher mark) smile.gif However I think you're a great player and there is bright future in front of you.

Cheers smile.gif

I'm impressed. Your playing, your tone and the sound are very good!! I found some small problems in the middle of the solo, (for ex: some bends aren't precise) but the rest is really good. Excelent job man! smile.gif
