well, 2 days ago something really weird happened to me.
something ".exe" appeared into the sistem32 folder, and it worked as a blocker of IE, I know that´s easy, but weird thing came when I use an antivirus to find it, my system collapsed mad.gif , and I had no option to saved all my files and format C.

I hate when these things happen, but always is cool to have your PC as new! laugh.gif

Yea man, Mozilla is the way to go. Especially with their regular updates, not that IE doesn't have frequent updates, its just that Mozilla updates actually help protect your PC. IE just sucks.
But this also reminds me that i have to backup some files that i actually use and format my computer too, I just have too much useless junk that I don't even use...ever haha.

Sorry to hear about your problem though, definitely give firefox a try though smile.gif

I want to share this link http://www.techsupportalert.com

It has tons of free programs tested and rated from the best to the bottom

Enjoy your system cleaned up Lian, and download some of the programs of that site so that won't happen again.

Avira Antivirus
Comodo Firewall
Malwarebytes Antispyware

Those are very good programs to keep your PC free of "bad things" (insert bad word there)

my solution to the virus problem, would be to have international law setting the punishment for putting out a virus as having one of their two prized possessions surgically removed,, on the first offense, the second one removed on the second offense. I doubt that most of the 18 year old guys doing this would do it again, after getting caught the first time.

I consider this reasonable, not just as punishment, but due to the fact that I question how much it helps the world, when guys who commit destructive acts that don't even benefit themselves, are allowed to reproduce, and perhaps pass this inclination to offspring.
