This is a new song im working on, its not done yet but i got the theme down, and basic structure.. It is build on a bas riff i came up with a long time ago. Not sure how to categorize it, i guess it can fall into the instrumental funk category. First guitarriff is slightly out of tune im aware of it, but couldnt be arsed to redo it rolleyes.gif anyway have a listen...

Sounds really good Siggum!

Has a great groove to it and I really enjoyed it!

If you don't mind me saying, it has kind of an Allman Brothers feel to it.

Keep working on this one! smile.gif

"Think of a guitar solo as a paragraph. You need a clear beginning, a middle, and an end. Look at musical phrases like sentences, and make sure you break them up using punctuation—or space. You pause naturally when conversing, right? If you don't, you'll bore the listener. The same thing will happen with your audience if your solo is one dimensional. You'll wear them out and lose their attention." —Tom Principato

Sounds very good man, I really like the bass groove. I specially like the second groove, when the guitar impro starts. Love these kinds of fluid grooves, well done man! smile.gif
