Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.
The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Hi there,
As the title says, please, when you submit a lesson for grading, use ONLY the supplied backing track. This means, don't play along with the instructor as it makes it harder to grade your actual performance. There are a couple of ways to record your lesson. The first, and preferred way is to get the backing from the instructor and play over it. This way we have a much higher audio quality to to grade you with. ![]() If you prefer to use a web cam/video cam to record audio and video at the same time, then please make sure you are using the backing track within that given lesson And NOT the main video. The Instructors deserve to have your honest effort put forth and in return you will get there honest opinion. We are all here to get better so let's make it fair for all. ![]() That said, any lessons submitted with Instructor Lead will not be considered and will be removed from the board. Any questions, then please don't hesitate to ask here... Cheers, Steve This post has been edited by skennington: Apr 17 2009, 02:17 PM -------------------- |
