Wow, pretty cool!, Imagine a DVD concert recorded live inside the stage itself with that thing, you could focus the view on the guitarist, bassist, the crowd...

I can see this transforming into a new standard.

Hope it isn't just a gimmick, seems lika a camera with multiple (or one big) round lens(es).
Wouldn't work for movies though, thats for sure
