Hello everyone I was just wondering how people use different tones with their amps and guitar. If u want to could u please help me on getting different tones for ex Rock tone, Blues tone heavy metal tone. Could u help me out thanks. laugh.gif

For what its worth:



My bass is usually between 3-4 and middle 7-8. I'm trying to find a compromise between hard rock and blues. Plus your amp tone can change depending on the room you are in.

Note - I don't use the chorus effect all that much unless I want a sound like "Boston" or something. I have a footswitch to toggle the effects setting on or off.

Just play around with the EQ and the gain until you find something you like.
