I don't think so mate, not that I know of.. I just googled the net for some additional kits but couldn't find them.
Is there are MIDI editor in Reaper? I know it may be a bit strange to recommend this, but possibly you can make a transition to that editor if you really wanna create some cool grooves? -------------------- - Ivan's Video Chat Lesson Notes HERE

DFH is a VST usable in program with midi sequencer (qubase, logic pro, reaper etc...) guitar pro is just tab reader...
BTW:I use DFH in my recordings, artemus, so you can check their sound there its really good This post has been edited by Jakub Luptovec: May 6 2009, 08:46 PM -------------------- my youtube account with riffs and ideas: https://www.youtube.com/user/Phoenygzus

What did you do to get it drunk? Yeah that's the joke I was trying to make I use EZ drummer and do all the programming with the midi editing/piano scroll in Cubase |

I also use MIDI editor in Nuendo for MIDI programming if needed, but Marc obviously got used to using GP as his MIDI editor, and he uses Reaper. I think Marc you can try to edit the drums in Reaper and see how it goes, perhaps it may turn out even easier than in GP in the long run

I find programming drums in GP quite awkward actually. I much prefer the MIDI programming in DAWs. Thing like the option to turn of snapping and quantisation, or being able to adjust the velocity and expression make drumm programming in these editors much more versatile and realistic results can be achieved. I agree.. -------------------- - Ivan's Video Chat Lesson Notes HERE

Why would you program drums in GP? That software is for guitar tab If you don't know how to use midi editor in DAW I suggest you spend 5-6 hours and you'll master it. If you are serious about recording you'll need it everyday so your time spent will be well worth.

is there a guide somewhere i can learn to use the midi editor in reaper? gp5 was the easiest for me...you just tab the drums and it auto plays it in reaper/easy drummer I don't know is there a guide , but for start you could open up the midi editor for the already made drum track to see how notes are represent and placed. You will see a very easy pattern and for me also drumming in GP sounds much harder then in any midi editor. You have the web of lines that reprezent parts of the drum kit and time (note values) and you just "draw" the kicks in the time line.
