I had a backing track emailed to me, and am trying to sync up the audacity recording of my playing and the backing track to one mp3...but am having trouble. Any tips?

Try Zooming in (View>Zoom in) and then align the tracks (Tracks>Align tracks>Align tracks together)

You gotta zoom in really close, and move it one sqare at a time to get it spotless.
