Its Cubase plugin FX. Its like... double delay, as the name says. Two repetitions of your signal - for example one delay is on eight note triplets and another delay on quarter notes.
And no, there is none EDIT: Or yes, there is if you have X3 - you can have two tones at once, so you can have two separate delays... I have some delay plugin from Waves and that one can have 5 different settings for delay time. And Jakub's trick would also work but not delay after delay in stack. You need to send your signal to two separate buses and insert delay on each bus with different delay settings. If you insert them on one insert you will "delay" already delayed sound and hear too much mess. I'll tell you one story.I had a friend in germany who inspired me to play.. once I went to him with my first guitar, and was excited how metal it sounded. Its Cort from Mahogany with ebony fretboard and EMG/HZ (HSH combination) for 500$.. Then he gave me to try his Yamaha pacifica starter guitar for 200$ made from cheap and light woods, in which he changed bridge and neck pickup - bridge for EMG 81 and neck for Fender custom shop single.

Frets can be worn out quickly, metal from which the bridge is made is not as good (I had to change floyd rose in my case), wood quality can cause neck to bend in 7-8 years etc... Pickups are something different. yeah but for beginner/intermediate it works just fine:) Well if you buy schecter/ibanez/esp/jackson... for 1 500$ its something completely different - in terms of both the tone and feeling.
But thats for the top priced guitars. IMO the difference between 200$ and 500$ guitar is much smaller than between 800$ and 500$ - but I may be wrong ofc.
