Playing From The Elbow.

Hi Muris,

In one of my REC uploads you said that I was playing from the elbow. What does that exactly mean? If that isn't good how can I correct it?

Hello Andres!

Yes I do recall that video and I noticed that you've been making
moves/motions from elbow and not that much from the wrist.
In a long term playing from elbow can really limits you
so that's why approx 80% (or more) players play from the wrist.
It's very logical tho, you need to force way too many muscles if you play
from the elbow comparing to playing from the wrist.
And way to "fix" that is to concentrate more on moving from the wrist.
