The guy at Guitar Center was pretty cool about me being such a pain. I had a 15% off coupon that wasn't good until the weekend and I wanted to use it on a guitar they didn't stock AND I had to split the payment between a gift card and debit card.

He ordered it for me and it's getting shipped to my house. I'll post a couple of pics when it arrives.

welcome to the ibanez side!

the S series are cool guitars, however i am going to warn you that to achieve maximum "low action" with minimal Buzz, you are going to need to add shims underneath the saddles of the ZR to match the radius of the fretboard. that is the only flay with the new S series is that the trem radius and fret board radius do not match.

lucky for you, this is an easy and cheap (like less than $5) fix. other than that, its a mean guitar, and you will have fuin with not to mention is purdy smile.gif

if you need help with this let me know, and ill give you the links/guides and all that goodie goodie stuff

I played such an S today tongue.gif I played the SV prestige, and I have to say, the neck is very special! All Ibanez necks have a narrow, rounded neck. The S series have a wider neck, and also flatter. BTW, they also had the one you ordered, normal S prestige (with the Edge). I really like the colour! I also loved the blue colour on the SV.

That body.. cool.gif

Nice choice!!!! I love Guitar Center for the reasons you stated above...they aren't locked into routine, and will work with you to make a sale. A lot of people complain about Guitar Center, but I don't know why...I love the place!
