No, but if you ask an instructor for a backing they will probably send it you.

I think a backing track database would be pretty useful ! For example searching for "Blues backing track in A minor" and just jam and improvise...

You can't download backings but you can ask the individual instructor via PM or his instructor board to share the backing.

Here is the link for the instructors boards: https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/guitar_fo...hp?showforum=42

Cheers

Yes that's a really cool idea, we just haven't gotten to it yet... I hope we will pretty soon!

Maybe it will be cool to repeat the backing twice. I mean, double the time of the track, so you have more time to play on it.

I have a idea: Maybe when a instructor uploads a video he can choose if the backing can be directly downloaded or not. I think most Instructors dont have a problem to share their Backing on GMC and if they have a reason for not sharing, they choose it when uploading the video. Maybe that saves them some time on answering all the backing requests...Just an idea

BTW: Sometimes the backing names dont include the bpm number, but i think its good to know it when practicing...

I believe there is a thing called "... loop", which is basically the backing track at the highest speed, but repeated several times. Is this what you meant ? smile.gif I think most instructors have added that to their lessons, if I understand your suggestion correctly smile.gif
