Yes, thanks !
I found it after I asked the question. The search in broken for me so not easy to find anything. wink.gif

Next step is finding a webcam and a good recording program. I am currently using Fruityloops but not sure it's adapted.

If you want good quality you should invest in a good webcam. I use the Logitech Quickcam 9000 and i can get very good quality with it.

If you want to sound good i suggest you get like a tonport or a pod(if you dont have on already) and then you use reaper(
wich is free to use) and record the audio and video seperatly and then you sync them in Windows movie maker

I would recommend either Logitech Quickcam 9000 or ANY mini DV camcorder which will give you best results. Those camcorders transfer footage via firewire cable and give awesome results. Basically cheapest one will do the job well.
I recommend Reaper for recording : http://www.reaper.fm/download.php - its free and very high quality.

Investing into an interface like POD Studio GX, UX1 - UX 2 will give you great sound quality results. I use UX2, ask me if you have any questions about it smile.gif

Cheers
