I Would Appreciate Some Help, Solo to a Song

We agreed it shouldn't be too fast, it wouldn't fit into to the song, I rather prefer a simple solo which goes with the melody. This is what I've got so far. superhereos_solo.gp5 ( 2.24K ) Number of downloads: 115 I composed this with the help of the vocal melody. It doesn't sound too wrong in my opinion but my theory knowledge is very limited. That's why I would aprreciate, if you guys could help me out a little bit. First thing is, I don't know which scale I should use, the notes I belive to hear are "C D E F G A" but its likley that I am mistaken. Lick 1 is just to show you some cool patterns which you can use. Lick two is a little tricky because you have to bend a whole step on the 15th fret, hold it there, tap on the 18th fret - pull off, release the bend or keep it with vibrato on the 15th fret.
