Here are some ideas:

If you want to learn something nice from GMC:
https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/ls/summer...coustic-lesson/
https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/misc-less...romance-lesson/
https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/misc-less...omance-lesson2/

Or if you would like to learn some full songs:
Blackbird (The Beatles), Sign (Eric Clapton), Tears in heaven (Eric Clapton), Hallelujah (Jeff Buckley), House of the rising sun (Bob Dylan)

These songs are not too advanced, and they are quick to learn (in my opinion).
And the best part is that they all sounds great around the campfire! biggrin.gif

Hey Man,

Here are a few staples of mine that are pretty easy to play.

Yer So Bad, Mary Janes Last Dance, Free Fallin - Tom Petty
Ring of Fire, Hurt, I Walk the Line- Johnny Cash
Heart of Gold - Neil Young
Laid - James
House of the Rising Sun - The Animals
Cottonfields, Bad Moon on the Rise - CCR
I'm Looking through you - The Beatles
Times Like These - Foo Fighters
Sweet Child of Mine - GNR
Rock Star - Nickleback
American Pie - Don McLean

I also have a few Celtic songs I could suggest if your interested, but good luck man and enjoy the trip smile.gif

You can play lots of songs using acoustic guitars, even those that are made for electric, you just need chords. Perhaps you can take some songs that you already know and just try to play them on acoustic guitar? That can be fun smile.gif

When I go fishing I always meet many people for the first time. Once I wanted to take my girlfriend and my uncle told me "I have never seen that somebody is taking the trees back to the forest" smile.gif Of course I am joking, I still took my girlfriend. But to be honest in some cases my uncle was right smile.gif
