Cubase 5 Problems, how to convert tracks into audio

ive been composing some songs on cubase, and need to convert one of them to an audio track so i can send to a friend, could anyone tell me how to do this?

Go to export-audio and then pick type of file (mp3, wave etc ).
Maybe you'd have to set locators to match start and end points.

That works in Nuendo same way !
I am not sure about Reaper as I don't use it but its all about the same thing - set markers, options, export, audio file, then choose extension, type in file name and location where you want it and its all set !

Speaking of bouncing there's a audio bounce option in Nuendo/Cubase as well. It renders separate events on the audio track to one single event that can be crossfaded or stretched etc smile.gif

File> export > audio mixdown
Set the parameters there and you'll have your audio track.
Though I was unable to export midi tracks to audio ones if they are not assigned to a VST (rather just the sound cards midi bank).
