i found a a lot of lessons exercising sweep picking and found a lot of musical pieces which are way way more difficult than i can manage for the next couple of years but i cant find any lessons that use simple arpeggio shapes musically.
so what i want is if you can post some pessons you know and some tips about how to use sweeps musically, cause as much fun as im having showing people i can play gazillion notes a second(actually i cant but you get the point) i want to put some music in to it.

Have you checked this lesson by Ian?

Great musical way to incorporate sweeps into a solo smile.gif

Well, just make your arpeggios follow the harmony. Arpeggio is nothing else then a chord played note-by-note. If you have a chord progression, just follow the progression by arpeggiating chords. It's the simplest way.

Here's another one, this includes tapping as well
but you'll find a lot from arpeggio shapes only as well. smile.gif

Also you can try to improvise using only chord tones (arpeggios) as your note choice. It can lead you to some cool phrases. Generally you want to be able to improvise well with chord tones only. Try doing that... Regarding sweeps, check out those lessons. Its always a good idea not to overdo anything, do a 1-2 sweeps per solo and they will sound more musical regarding to a context you put them in.
