COLLAB IS NOW CLOSED GUYS!!!!

As our resident blues officionado Mr Milenkovic seems to be on a blues vacation at the moment I feel it has fell to me to keep the blues torch burning bright.....I mean blue!

So get your blue shoes on and sign up here for my (First!) Student SRV style collab, the backing is a full 12 bars per take and is in the key of B, 70 bpm. No rules apply just want some nice bluesy licks in there somewhere and plenty of Stevies attitude! All levels welcome, if you are a beginner and would like me to comment on your take please indicate in your sign up post, if you want ANY help just post here or PM me!

Attached File  SRV_collab.mp3 ( 838.89K ) Number of downloads: 255

upload thread (With and without backings please guys!)

THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR SUPPORT FOR MY FIRST STUDENT LED COLLAB!!
(Was that subtle enough?) smile.gif

I'd love to, but I am already on 3 collabs and I don't want to bite off more than I can chew nor take up "too many" slots.

The backing is SWEET though, I am very very very very tempted. If I can knock out 1 of my remaining 3 collab takes today then I will check tonight to see if you still have space in this one smile.gif

Edit: typos led to unintentional emoticon. Also.... I just realized I did already finish 2 of 4 collabs, I have two left and truckloads of time left.

I'm in!

Is it ok to just upload a random take on improvising over this backing?

To me blues is something spontanious, I can't really compose a blues solo... I just gofor it!

You definitely don't suck biggrin.gif , and why not just sign up and play some easy licks over this backing (more than happy to give you guidance with it if you like). It's definitely a great learning experience. wink.gif

EDIT: Oh and btw (almost forgot tongue.gif), I love to play the blues and improvise over it so I am in smile.gif
