Great read Lian, thanks for that! It also shows for me, that focus is "the thing that makes the difference". When we focus on what we play, our brain will do twice the work when we just play some licks again and again sitting before the TV.

Also the bad news are that those important hours of sleep are the last ones, so it is strongly advised to find more time for sleeping:P

hahaha, yeah... but for some of us it´s too difficult you know, (sleeping) just I can´t sleep more than 5 hs. :S
