A great musician, and a great loss. Wasn't the greatest fan, but certainly acknowledged his achievements. RIP MJ

RIP sad.gif

It's sad to think that the majority of the recognition he'll get through his death will be from people texting each other pointless jokes.

....but true.

Great loss.

I have had good memories on " Thriller" album.

I loved the part Eddie van Halen played, (beat it) it was the only song (of Michael) we kinda head banged on

As a kid in your mind you think the famous people don't died.

Eventually we all will....prepared and unprepared....

RIP Michael

Still can't believe man,

The first tape I ever bought was his dangerous album. I was 5 or 6 years old, I remember liking the album cover and insisting my mom to bought it. Good times...

Rest in Peace Jacko,
You will be remembered...

He clearly had problems but was undoubtedly talented. Up there with some of the greatest vocalists of all time.

It's so sad to listen to his songs now, I loved his work and he was one of my idols in the early age. He will stay remembered and his music will live on. RIP Michael Jackson sad.gif

I was never his greatest Fan but I still respected his talent. Let's hope he stays remembered for the good stuff rather than all his controversy!

R.I.P. Great musician, and for all I know, a great person. Sad to see the world of music lose such an important character. He has probably been as important as Elvis. I hope he will be remembered for that. smile.gif

MJ dominated the charts when i was a kid growing up, so i couldnt help but be a fan in those days, it was through the guitar work on his albums and the fusion that he created between funk, soul and rock that turned me to the bands and artists i like today. i will always be thankfull to him for that.
regardless of the contraversy that surrounded him over the last ten years he was a musical genius and i dont think there will be another like him.
RIP Michael Jackson

It's always "sad" if someone dies, you don't want it to happen to anyone , (except the sob that murderd your family).
I didn;t have anything with Michael, music wise, but it's sad how his life went.

R.I.N.

QUOTE (Tryton @ Jun 26 2009, 03:42 AM) *
I was never a huge fan, but I did like some of his song, especially the ones with guitar shread...
At least he can now rest and be the kid he never got to be

RIP M.J.

That's true man, all the controversy around him and children at neverland, I think he tried to give them, what he never had.
