Hey everybody!

Check it out, I just uploaded the guitar solo for You Shook Me All Night Long by AC/DC.

I also threw in a little improv there at the end for good measure! wink.gif

Let me know what you think!

Hi there

This was very good, you have a great feeling in your playing, specially in the improv part. smile.gif

You almost nailed the main solo, but there are few little things that needs to be better to make it perfect:

The bend at 00:20: You bend the b sting at 11th fret and relese and go straight down to 8th fret. Try do a quick bend at the 11th fret and then another quick bend at the 10th fret and while that note is still bent continue down to the 8th fret. It´s a nice touch.

The bend at 00:29: This bend on the e string at 18th fret is quite out of pitch. And when you release the bend, don´t release all the way, just about half way and add vibrato, then it sounds great.

I hope it makes sence to you, hope to hear another take. smile.gif

This is very good man! smile.gif
I would advise only to work more on the bends, they have to be tighter and faster.

Really cool mate, just think some of your bends were a little off maybe but still nice playing there!

Yeah, this does make sense to me. I think I actually learned it incorrectly on the bend at 00:29. I'm actually bending on the 19th fret. I just assumed it was one of those "out of scale" notes and went with it. I think it does sound better at the 18th.

I really like your feel for this rock stuff. Just try to bend more precise and the rest is very nice
