And jep (The Uncreator), there is many good (Great) bands in Finland and Helsinki and yyeesss, it's most nicest city to live.
I haven't played in a band in years but play with my friends and just love it. I don't have any genre, all goes from J.L.Hooker to Satriani...wink.gif
Nice to be here, hoping new dimensions to my playing...

Thanks for that. Unfortunately that's part of life, the part what i most hate of it. Life is great gift for all of us so we have to give it the value that it deserves. And that value you can't measure.

But for luckily there is music for ease the bumpy road of life... only if it could help my poor writing in English:)

Welcome Oikonen! Please accept my condolences. smile.gif

I'm glad you found GMC and are having fun jamming with your mates. We are a fun group of people that love to share ideas about music and playing techniques. smile.gif

Cheers,

Skillet

"Think of a guitar solo as a paragraph. You need a clear beginning, a middle, and an end. Look at musical phrases like sentences, and make sure you break them up using punctuation—or space. You pause naturally when conversing, right? If you don't, you'll bore the listener. The same thing will happen with your audience if your solo is one dimensional. You'll wear them out and lose their attention." —Tom Principato
