Tomorrow i want to buy new strings for myn bass,
can someone recommend good bass strings, but not too expensive

You can't go wrong with GHS or Ernie Ball. Don't buy the cheapest ones, a good set of bass strings can last for half a year!

The bass player of my band uses D'addario strings and he changes them aprox. every 5 months. They have a pretty clear sound and nice harmonics

I recommend Ernie Ball strings, these ones I use:



They work well, have very good sound and last long.

Don't buy cheap strings, they just brake down quickly and then you will have to buy new ones. Any of the brands named above would do just fine! smile.gif

Yeah bass strings are quite expencive, but they do last much much longer!

I keep my strings alive with a GHS Fast fret , before I discovered it I lost so much $ on new strings every two-three weeks smile.gif
