It's hard to say what is proper use of wah Monte,
people use it in many ways to get different effects.
Perhaps you're having troubles with sound,
wrong sound with wah can produce wrong results.

I see.
Sometimes it better not to pump it in tempo
but to accent certain notes or groups of notes.
Another cool thing you can do ( with legato as well wink.gif )
is to play a longer lick while closing and opening it VERY slowly,
it would work like a filter thing, really cool, try it! smile.gif
