OK seriously this album is AMAZING!!! I haven't stopped listening to it. Hands down best album of 2009 and one of the best albums to drop in a very long time.

It's been a very long time since I've felt so strongly about an album so I apologize for my enthusiasm. I know not everyone will feel the same. But I just love this album.

I missed this topic! But I've been listening to this album the last days and I have to say that it's amazing!
I love Zeppelin, Foo Fighters and QOTSA... and I can feel the vibes of those bands in this album...
AMAZING!

No matter how often I listen to this album, it blows me away every time. I'm always hearing something new. Like I said before, one of the best albums to drop in a while.

I sure hope they plan to do more.

Cant wait to get my hands on this tomorrow! Awesome! Dave and josh are two of my fvourite artists, tried to get tickets for the birmingham gig but they sold out in no time, surprise surprise they are now on ebay for five times the face value, makes me want to punch the living daylights out of the ebay idiots that allow tickets to be openly abused.

So I ordered and received the CD today and listened to it only one time for now. I must say, for now, I don't particularly like it. There is for sure a lot of QotSA in it. But it's a bit too messy and noisy for me.

I bought it yesterday. I really liked it. As you said, it's kind of another QOTSA album, but knowing that John Paul Jones is playing that bass gives you a different flavor. I watched the You Tube videos as well, and one thing I am sure of: even though I really like Dave Grohl's style in Foo Fighters, he really kicks ass when he's behind a drum set...
