Sorry, I got no more time to work on this. I hope this is good enough, I think at least a few of my ideas were good. Anyway, enough of apologies, here's my take:

Some facts about my take.
1. A bit off topic, maybe. huh.gif
2. Parts clearly go better with the backing's bass and drums more so than the guitar,
3. More of an AP lesson than a solo
4. Needed more practice time.
5. Lots of fun to play, so who cares.

I've been plagued with problems on this one, including trying in vain to upload this take for the last two hours on a crappy computer, but I finally got it, still not very satisfied with it though (never did get those modes to work). Kinda sloppy near the end but I tried to roll with it. Here 'tis:

I finsished this collab today, I must say that the background is soooo cool! make a song out of it, or else I will.... wink.gif
That leads me in to another topic, whatever happened to the type of hardrock/rock/funk movement that started with bands like Mothers Finest, Pat Travers etc. ??? I was really into that kind of music. Of course in the eighties there were Dan Reed Network, Living Colour and some others as well. Anyway, this kind of music rules!

Recorded with GR3, Ibanez AS200, just that....

Sorry. I need to bow out of this one. Work got crazy and I'm putting in a lot of extra hours. Thanks for understanding.

That's the attitude!!. Hahaha. Let's leave the perfection outside and start to having fun. After all, that's what makes music something so magic

I'm still loving Living Colour and all that stuff. Do know Infectious Grooves?. They are awesome. Robert Trujillo played on that band. Big recommendation from me

No problem man. I understand it. It's so annoying when work takes out all the time we have. It would be so nice to have 26 hours on the day just for having 2 extra hours to do what we really want.

That would be nice. But I bet they'd find a way to steal those extras too! Nah, it's not so bad. I actually really enjoy my job. But, sometimes it's slightly overwhelming. Thanks again for understanding.
