Wanna see meteor shower?
So if it's sunny tonight, watch the sky, you will probably see dozens. This will primarily occurs in the northern hemisphere even though you will probably catch some in the southern's as well. Enjoy |

Probably, and you will see that all along the night. It's not instant like an eclipse.

Of course, since this topic started, we've had a record in "amount of rain without a single break"
Is this an annual event? I haven't heard of this before. -------------------- GMC is not just a website... It's a lifestyle!

Wanna see meteor shower? So if it's sunny tonight, watch the sky, you will probably see dozens. This will primarily occurs in the northern hemisphere even though you will probably catch some in the southern's as well. Enjoy We don't ever have it "sunny" at night in Kansas, must be different in Switzerland. Thank's for the "heads up", which I can take literally in this case, I will look for it. I have this Alpha Grade night vision scope that I bought when I was rich, cost $3,500. Better than 90% of what those in the military get. On any night I can see meteors with it, ever minute or two. I can see Andromeda with it, it just lights up the sky. Probably like the view you would get from the top of one of your mountains on a clear night, only in town. Although my neighborhood is dark, we don't have street lights, don't want them, college towns are like that. Hopefully I did not miss it tonight.
