> Rules

Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Sometimes not 100% precise but almost. This piece of music is pretty straight forward so I don't really know what to comment about. Well played but could have been more tight in some parts.

YES!! Thanks so much Sken for covering our tune biggrin.gif

I am going to be picky with you - and although you basically nail this one, there is one detail which ads character to the intro riff which you could work more on. The upward slide motion is hard to hear (at least in this video). I mostly heard downward slides which takes away some of the feel of the riff (believe it or not but Marcus told ME the exact same thing when I played it!!)

Rhythm placement: 4.5
Cleanness: 4 (couldn't really hear you downstrokes during the solo part - might be because of the sound though)
Feel: 4
Posture: 4.5
Sound: 4
