ok guys, the thread you`ve all been waiting for, and I`m very sorry that it has taken so long to get going, there has been some unforeseen circumstances that held us up a little, but now we have got over those, I`m hoping that we can kick this off in a big way!

First off, a little on the way that we think that we should work this.

After 3 months, we should have a bit of a review, I`m making a cut off point (of tonight) for all MTP applications for this first phase.

After three months we will restart, hopefully as new members join GMC and the forum they will also want a chance to be mentored by an Instructor.

It may be that we only have a few extra applications, so at this 3 month review point, I will discuss with the Instructors how they wish to proceed with their exsisting group etc.

anyway, enough already! laugh.gif heres how the Phase 1 groups will look!

Emir Hot (8 students)

Jesse, Jafomatic, NoSkill, Gus, Alexaiden93, Dexxter, Dark_Dude, ChrnoAM,

Lian Gerbino (5 Students)

Superize, Canis, johnvg, Zogerdr, Marek Rojewski,

Muris Varajic (2 students)

maharzan, playaxeman,

Pedja Simovic (17 Students)

TheKeplerConjecture, Edguy, Sondre, caelumamittendum, Coffeeman, mariogl91, Sami, Matt23, alejandro osorno, frederik, Deleted, Oxac, Paiva, Patrik Jezierski, wrk, marc_maiden, Duendezillo

Ivan Milenkovic
(6 Students)

Sted, Staffy, Fusar, methodseeker, Kaznie_NL, shrednbuttah,

Bogdan Radovic (3 Students)

Purple Hayes, Mrblomme, Iluha

David Wallimann (4 Students)

Joruus, arctic1234, T-Gunn, Nimrandir

Ok, please please, if I have missed anyone out at all then let me know asap!

Over the next day or so MTP boards should be added to the individual Instructors sub boards (Emirs is on its way!)

here you`ll be able to communicate better with your mentor/instructor (a little like Pedja has done on his boards if you have missed it smile.gif )

Its now over to the instructors, as each will have their own way of guiding you, good luck to you all over the next three months, and I hope that you all learn a great deal from the awesome Instructors we have here! biggrin.gif

Ah, now I really regret that I didn't make an application (thought that instructors can only take at most 5 people to mentor).

Anyway, if somebody decides to drop out, I'd gladly take their place (if possible) smile.gif Otherwise, 3 months is not such a long time period rolleyes.gif

Cool to see so much interest in the MTP. Our instructors are doing an excellent job here at GMC. I'll get back to the MTP when I get back home and get a new subscription. smile.gif

Have fun everybody and congratulations on organizing this, Chris, Kris and Andrew!
