Hi Dexxter
Finally we have it all set and ready to go  I hope we will both have some good experience with this. The first thing I would like to know is what you would like to learn and we can take it from there. Please write down your current playing abilities, post some recordings or a video (if you have) and specify which area you would like to focus on. That can be anything from theory, technique, some of my lessons - just whatever you want. Thanks Dexxter. I know your playing already and you're not going to need much
I will give you some guidelines later today and some charts that you can learn for the start. There will be some boring exercises which you need to practice. Everyone went trhough these but they really have effect. That will help you with AP. Shall we set some main goal to achieve by the end of this program? Pick any of my lessons to work on all the time but we will practice the rest along the way.

This is the only one of your lesson that doesn't seem to far away to put as goal, but that will still be challenging  Edit: When I tried it, I started to believe that I will be able to pull this off sooner than 3 months. But then I'll just choose another one if and when that time comes? Ok no problem. I am sure you can lern that AP etude. Download the GP file and learn the first 4 bars. This is the video explaining some tips how yo make the dynamics better.
About major scale modes and patterns this chart (attached) will be our starting point. Learn at least 3 positions (boxes) for this week. If you can get them all then it is even better. Later I will show you how you can connect through those easily. This video is about the first 3 positions of G major scale. Ok then the next thing can be arpeggios. They can also be learnt in 5 positions. I will draw a chart for you. I am preparing some chord progression where you will use arpeggios only to start connecting positions and making melodies. That's a great way of learning how to improvise. I had that module at the university, it was called "arpeggiator". I will explain that in a video when I finish. I will send you the backing soon.

Awesome start. I really like how you feel when to mute the notes. The next part is rhytmicaly the same just different position. You can move on to the next 4 bars and then connect all 8 together. I will make a new backing in 145bpm so you can have one step in between the real tempo. That's better then to jump straight to 170.

Ok, so I have recorded myself playing all 5 positions of the major scale. I played 16th notes in 80 bpm

That was perfect. Please never forget those patterns. This will be your main soloing base from now on. I will prepare arpeggios in 5 positions soon and I need you to learn those as well. There will be theory involved in all things we're doing along the way. In the meantime you can work on the AP lesson. Well done Dexter, I think with your great and quick progress we can cover much more than that lesson

Here is the chart that I want you to play. Start from the top and read from left to right. First you play A major in position 5, then you play C major in position 4 etc... When you finish you move to the next row - A major position 1 etc... You should play the whole thing with no stop
Make a backing with these chords in order: A, C, D, F, G and play. If you prefer you can only leave drums like last time. This exercise will seriously improve your fretboard skills.

Take your time man. Later I will produce backing with many chord changes where you should play those patterns easily and switch quickly from one to another. That's where things start to get interesting
