Wasn't there a site where a person could see adds for musicians that were needed for bands? Also, if not, do you guys know what's the best site to find a band in London?

Cheers

(Yeah, you guessed it, nothing better to do)

http://london.craigslist.co.uk/muc/

It may be hit or miss in London. I have never used Craigslist outside of Atlanta.

Another one to try is http://www.musofinder.co.uk/wanted/

Years ago a good option was the weekly Melody Maker music paper but that merged with NME a few years back. Maybe NME still does small ads, or possibly Time Out... Also if you're in the city centre try Andy's Guitar shop - there are usually quite a few ads on the pin board there.

If you're going to have a look in Andy's then a few of the other shops in Denmark Street used to have Pin Boards too!!
