this is my 5th day without a cigar... i'm feeling it a little..
after eating... at like 11pm ... but i feel better, started to exercise and to eat healthy too

After meals and before getting down to do work (like real day-job work) are tough. The after-meal craving is pretty quick to pass, thankfully. The "instead of getting started at work" craving has been a lot harder to really truly defeat; I find myself just waiting to feel better before I do anything.

Hmm, I will have to think about quitting the smokes as well. I already quite some year or two ago, but they sneaked up on me once again
