Oh, sorry dude. Load up the lesson, and in the address bar of your browser, highlight the text for the web page address. Then go to your edit menu and select "copy." Start your REC thread and when the cursor is in your text box that you are typing into, go to your edit menu and select "paste."

There are hot key combinations that work depending on what operating system your computer uses, but the above method is universal.

Okay, when you highlight it, this time we're going to use windows hotkeys. So when it's all highlighted, press ctrl-c then press ctrl-v to paste it.

I'm going to try a screencast video for you. The size might be big, so look for scrollbars. What I did for this one was highlight the address for the lesson and right click, select copy, then change my browser to the REC submission that I'm doing, right click again and select paste...

Here's a link if it makes it more clear:

http://screencast.com/t/nr3CrnisjZ

It actually works best to have two windows open, Buzz. Not imperative, but more efficient. Let me know if this video is clear. I did it on a Mac, but the technique is the same.

You just need the Lesson Title there. The link to the lesson should go in the body of the actual post where you are posting your own video.

Check these two links to get an idea of how to do it, and what exactly to do...then an example of what someone else did:
